My hard drive failed. I reinstalled the system and Safecode Defencecure on a new hard drive. Now I can’t activate Safecode Defencecure.

Safecode Defencecure uses the hard drive’s serial number as the unique identifier in the license database. In this case, the hard drive serial number has changed in the new hard drive. The activation server cannot find a match for the new hard drive in the license database.

Would you please send your Product ID to [email protected]? We will reset the activation record tied to the old hard drive in the license database. You will then be able to activate Safecode Defencecure on the new hard drive.
