01. Customers can renew the subscription of their purchased product from Safecode official Website or Safecode App or call our Support Team.
02. In Subscription renewal, customers can get benefits of Technical Support, Bugs Solution, Update Patches, the latest version, etc. Customers will get an update only after they renew the Subscription of the Purchased Product.
03. If customers had not renewed the purchased product on the renewal date, we would deactivate them after the expiry date.
04. Customers have to renew the purchased product, whether it is a single license or multiple licenses. If customers don't renew the product, Safecode will not be responsible for any data loss or damage and won't get any Support or Service for any issues.
05. Safecode will remind you before 30 days of the Subscription renewal date via SMS, Telephonic, notifications, or E-mail.
06. A license key can only be activated or used as a product key on the current Device; customers won't activate it on another device.
07. In subscription renewal, the customer will only get updated versions; for upgrades, customers have to pay additional charges.
08. By purchasing a monthly/yearly subscription, you agree to an initial and recurring monthly/annual subscription fee at the current monthly/yearly subscription rate. You accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your subscription.
09. You may cancel your auto-renewal process from your bank account of your monthly or yearly subscription at any time from our safecode app or contact our support team.
Automatic renew terms: Once you subscribe and select auto-renew from your credit card or debit card, then safecode will automatically process your monthly or yearly subscription fee in the next billing cycle until you cancel your subscription.
10. If you are not using your credit card or debit card for a payment method, you may contact us for another payment method.
